I edit registry settings and removed AT&T and MediaNet or whatever on the GPRS settings field. and I have added my own operator's GPRS settings. But there is also proxy settings set and locked to "Cingular Wap". I need to remove that one also. Could you please provide me the registry entries that I should change?

I have established an internet connection by tethering with my Q. What settings do I need to change to get the browser to recognize my new connection?
How would streaming video or internet radio usage compare to tethering a laptops usage. mb to mb?
I've also done the reg edits, changed the values to 0 and it still won't give me the option of MediaNet. All I get is remote disconnections.

Try leaving the value blank instead of 0.
I finally figured it out. I had to change it from ATT ICS to Media Net and it worked! Changing it to "" wouldn't work for some reason.
