yeah, the pim.vol file is in the root directory of the Q. this file containsyour contacts and calendar info too. all ur doing is simply copying it to your storage card, then copy it back from storage card to the new Q..it will overwrite the pim.vol file on the new Q with ur copy from the storage card.
