Default Help with TCPMP please!

My Q9c has NOT been updated to 6.1 and I've had TCPMP installed in it for months now. Before it played my avi movies no problem but now it's not working. I'm using the exact same converter software. Each time I try to view the new movie I get this message: "Unkown File". Weird because the other old avi movies still play on TCPMP. All the movies are stored in my miniSD under the same folder. What am I doing wrong?

wouldnt matter if you are 6.1 or 6.0...had the the recompiled tcpmp or standard tcpmp....avi's should still play. sounds like maybe your conversion has differed a bit. or your transfering the avi's different?

Nope, I'm doing the exact same steps in the conversion using the exact same software to the exact same "My movies" folder using the exact same laptop. I even made sure I didn't use any unaccepted characters in the title, etc. but still nothing.

I'm going to try and convert it to a wmv file but I'm confused why the avi doesn't work. I checked the file in the laptop and it's showing that it's an avi file. I don't know...

I'm going to try using another converter, maybe the one I'm using has corrupted some how.

Well I've used 2 different converter so far with the exact same ending: "unknown file". I'm pretty pissed.
