so I went to the sprint site and Down loaded the file. I was able to send and recieve for a day or so. Then after that, I'd take a picture, try to run picture mail & I'd get and error saying that it could not start up picture mail.

This happened to me too awhile ago. Not sure why. Fortunately picture mail isnt a huge priority for me, but it does seem strange.

Just curious - what's this thread all about? I've had a Q9c on Verizon for two years and I've always been able to send picture messages.

Ah, okay thanks. I think it was this post that threw me off:

8 yrs for me and I'm satisfied with Sprint. I guess it SUCKS not to have them if you want Picture Mail...

(Saying that other carriers suck if you want picture mail... implying that Sprint did have picture mail and other carriers did not.
