My wife cleared the phone...not the complete reset, the partial one. The phone is running much better now. We figure it just had too much stuff on it.
No insurance, but we bought the phone in May or June. So its only 5 or 6 months old. I want to say ATT has a policy on phones less than 12 months old?
HA! Not from E Bay, we bought it directly from an ATT store; not a reseller, a true ATT corporate store.
Master reset sounds like it may be a bit more that what we need. LOL!

Ok this odd. It seems that hotmail is now working via windows live. Not sure how or why...but it's working; for now. Ill keep you all posted.
