i searched and couldn't find anything regarding keypad brightness

ok...this is an odd one but it's driving me nuts! the default keypad brightness is not that bright...very hard to even make out the blue keys at night. so i figured i could go into the power management screen and tell it how bright i want my keypad. wrong! the weird thing is, if i increase the backlight brightness, it automatically makes the keypad brighter which is what i need. however, once the phone turns off all the lights after about 30 seconds or so, it reverts back to the default meh brightness. any one else noticing this or have a way to fix it??

Nope, I've been b1tching about the lack of keyboard backlight control for a while now. I'm hoping maybe the new 6.5 Verizon ROM will address this.
