Help with converting videos

I must say after watching youtube videos on the verizon imagio i can only say i was blown away by the video quality...this phone ROCKS! now i just have a question i have a lot of movies and tv shows on my pc and i'm trying to get them on my imagio but i'm having a hard time? I downloaded the divx player for windows mobile but it's like the video skips here and there but it still has great quality. I was wondering what you guys use to convert your videos and also what do you guys use to play your videos. Thanks please let me hear your recommendations.

around here TCPMP is widely used...the free version of Coreplayer.

although I have not done this but, It seems to me you could use windows movie maker to convert and save as .wmv to play in windows media player. (for unprotected content) I did make a slide show with windows photo story and it palys flawlessly.

I have used the windows video player. I was heard that It was given good graphics result and also far than other coreplayer. All people have knew about that phone very well.
