Default Yahoo

i'm getting the over and over asking for the password for Yahoo IMAP incoming. deleted & re-created the account twice... was just wondering s it just me or is it a widespread issue ?

Happening to me also. A few days ago it worked great, now asking for the password....

Yep, tried all of that and still doesn't work. I wonder if this is Yahoo's way of getting people to pay for pop3 access. I can just see someone there flipping the IMAP switch on and off....

grmbl... you make me think about that commercial with the garage-door, "are you looking now", "now".. you know which one i mean ? :}

anyway... i have pop3 that my boss pays me for, but i use the pop3 for my laptop, and like to use the imap for the Q...

Yeah, I know what you mean. Oh well, it would be nice if we found a permanent solution. I'll keep my eyes out, as I am sure you will....

i got the same thing happening. I just use Y go. You may try and adjust tour mail setting on yahoo to forward to your phone's email

dunno.... i must play with it and see if i can set it up to receive both on the pc and on the Q using pop3, but i am not sure if i will receive it on both if the other already picked it up.

Is the recent: in front of your user name just for GMail's pop3 or is that a universal pop3 command? Maybe you could try that?

i use that w/ Gmail, never tried it w/ Yahoo though..
