    Work phone and contact pictures

Before I got the TP2 for my work phone, I had never really thought of having pictures in my contacts.

With Touch Flo though on the TP2 it is a totally different story.
I hate looking at the blank avatar, so I wasn't sure what to do.

I don't really want pictures of my co-workers, besides that, many of them I couldn't easily get pictures of as they aren't local.

I decided to think outside the box.
I have always been a "car guy" so I surfed the web and found pictures of Car Maker's logos.
Now for each co-worker I have as his or her picture the logo of the make car they drive. Of course I don't have everybody done yet, but about 30% of my contacts now have a picture.

What do you think of this idea?

I have done the same thing on my Q9c. I just put up a pic that I can relate to them with. I also have had my close friends call my voicemail and leave me a message that I can then download and use as a ringtone. (I use youmail) People around me think it is so cool when my son calls and its his voice saying "hello Dad ... I know you there ... answer your phone Dad" lol

I also hated the blank avatar. Luckily, most of the people in my phone book have a Facebook account. I have a program that automatically syncs (well, actually, I have it set for manual syncinginstead) my contacts with their facebook accounts, so when their profile picture changes, it changes on my phone as well. Its sometimes confusing after a sync when I've gotten used to one picture and all of a sudden its a different one, but at the same time, its nice as well just for the change.
For the generic business accounts (my bank, vendors, etc) I have the company logo (or something similar like a pizza for the local mom & pop pizza shops I have on speed dial).
I'm still looking for a good idea for the couple of people in my contacts that I don't have pictures for, but luckily, it's only a couple.

I also had to change some of my pictures from what I used to have on my personal phone now that I use a company phone and also work in a school district... I think my wife's happier that way anyway when she calls when there are other people around...

Lost the Ozone. (Somewhere in the house.)
    Retired the Q9c.

I carry 2 phones. 1 is stricly work (TP2) and 1 is strictly personal (Ozone). For the Ozone I use Vringo on Facebook to sync contact photos that way.
