Is there any way to change the registry or something so i can make my email refresh every one minute?

Secondly, when somone 'emaisl' me back it shows their EMAIL adress, instead of their name. For example (phone#@txt.att.net). So i am unable to immediately tell who the message is from, is there any way to change this?

"Please spell the person last name using your phones keypad"

OK, this is based on the stand phone keypad where number 2 is used for letters abc, 3 for def and so on. Well the Ozone is not setup this way and if you just type the letters on the qwerty keypad it does not send the appropriate tones.
